6061-T6 is highly versatile, has excellent tensile strength, and is perfect for precision CNC milling, making it the top choice for complex, structural direct-to-chip designs. 3003, while softer, is highly formable and offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it perfect for stamped multi-port cooling tubes used in large-scale EV battery systems and CAB brazing applications.

Our factory utilizes precision robotic Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and vacuum brazing to seal all multi-part assemblies. FSW forms solid-state joints without micro-porosity. Every finished thermal plate undergoes 100% helium mass spectrometer leak detection and high-pressure nitrogen testing up to 15 bar before leaving our facility.

We provide chemical conversion coatings (such as Alodine), clear/black anodizing, and hard-coat anodizing. Hard-coat anodizing increases surface electrical insulation and wear resistance, making it perfect for high-voltage environments where structural plates interface with electronic power systems.

Since we design and manufacture both precision electronic connectors (USB-C, RJ45, DC Jacks) and high-performance radiators, we can create integrated assemblies where connectors are mounted directly to fluid-cooled profiles. This maintains thermal control over contact resistances and avoids hotspots under heavy electric loads.

For custom prototypes, we deliver initial CNC-machined parts in 10 to 15 business days. Once prototype testing and verification are approved, high-volume production runs typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the internal channel layout and required surface coatings.
